Hi Steven,

I have tried using the Upgrade Button in the Options, but it is asking me "Which program to use to go to RoboRealm Help site", with no programs in the box.
I've noticed it is an Unregistered Version, and I have not had the opportunity to register it, either. Would this be the problem?
I have received a CD from SOR, but am now concerned that this may just be a demo version. How can I tell?

Trevor,

Yes, you should be able to download the latest version. If you got a CD you should see a download button in the Options dialog that will take you through the online process to get a download link that will be for the most current version. If you already have a download link you should be able to use that to download the most recent version which includes the object recognition module.

Hello Steven.
I bought the Roborealm software through SOR, in August last year, and John Palmisano said that he thought you allowed free upgrades within the first 12 months.
Am I able to download the new Object Recognition Module?
