and send us an email with the email that you used to purchase the product? Most likely the download link you just used to download an upgrade may have been using a different email address from a trial version.

If you send us the email address we can verify your account and send you the appropriate download link.

hello...

i want to ask something important...i had purchase this roborealm software and also i had updated this software 3 r 2 times...

but now, when i update the latest version 2.10.2 it become trial....

how like that could happen... can you solve it steven....
