That's too big a request for this site! If you are just beginning try to find someone that has had some experience in robotics to help ... that will make things much easier and much more fun. If you can try to purchase one of the robotic kits like Lego, Vex, etc. which help you step by step to build your robots.

There are a lot of sites out there that also help with starting robotics. For example have a look at

for some excellent tutorials on robotics.

If you have specific questions about vision in robotics please feel free to post them here!
