        notoryus,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Are you using the image sizes included here? They seem to be a little small. Could you try to upload again if they are supposed to be larger?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So would auto-aligning them work using your current procedure? Is an auto-align method of use to you?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;STeven.        </description>

        <title>Finding defects in printed materials</title>
        <description>
        Hi Guys,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Can you give me some pointers on how to check for defects in printed materials using RoboRealm? The images that i am comparing are usual not the same size and have a little difference in color and character spacing. My first algorithm consist of sobel, dilate, erode and subtraction of the images. I am using a master image for detection of the defect. My algorithm performed well on very aligned images, but i did the alignment manually.
