        Can you post that video somewhere where we can access it? Or perhaps try a quick recording from the same device of content that you can share. It is most likely using an encoding that is not supported by the video access method that we employ.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What application are you using to record the video?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;STeven.        </description>

        <title>DierctX problem</title>

        hi&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am using RR to process a video but when i try to run RR, i get an error message asking me if i have DirectX intalled.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;even though i installed DirectX 9.0. i am stiil unable to run RR.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Can u please help?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks and Regards        </description>
