Motion Detection?

        Hi guys,

I'm looking for a small motion detector - like a IR diode (size wise) that could be mounted inside a hobby box. Preferably if it was USB interfaced.

I'm building a remote LCD screen (text) that is driven bya windowsXP machine. The screen will auto dim if no input (mouse/keyboard) or Windows goes idle.

The idea behind the Motion detecor is that the LCD will be dim when no is motion detected, and brightens up when peopel are near.

The windowsXP box is a dedicated box for some home automation, it willbe inside cabinets, and will be access by RDC, not local terminal.

Thank You guys,

marco
