you should be able to use the Point Features->Point Location module to determine the lowest point in the currently detected object. This module will create two variables with the x,y value of the object. Assuming the object is detected from each frame to frame then the point will also be tracking accordingly as the lowest point in the object.

If this isn't the case please also post your robo-file so that we can better understand what you're trying to track.
