        Mike,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Unfortunately that is correct. You would have to make a single gif image for each character that you want to recognize. But if that is only digits or just letters that can be a lot less images. You only need to create those for the characters you want to recognize and can leave the rest missing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;STeven.&lt;br&gt;        </description>

        <title>convenient way to use TTF fonts</title>

        I have a custom font I need to recognize. &lt;br&gt;Is the process to create an individual image (24x48) of each character, or is there some sort of easier way to digest a font into training data automatically?        </description>
