What url are you giving the SmartDashboard? Just the basic http://127.0.0.1/? You probably need to provide it the direct mjpg stream using something like http://127.0.0.1/video.cgi

Also, make sure this is available by using a browser to access that same url to see if there are any connection issues.

FRC SmartDashboard Problem

Cannot get latest version of SmartDashboard to connect to the RoboRealm webserver @ 127.0.0.1.

Is there a good set of instructions for this that points to the features of the current SmartDashboard? The only thing that shows up at FIRST is 2 years old and uses dashboard functions that are not present anymore.
