This can be done in the cscript module (or VBScript or Python or Jscript modules). You would use something like

int var;

var = getVariable("PROBED_LINES_COUNT");

var = var*3 + 5; // some calcaultion

setVariable("probe_result", var);

but the format will change slightly based on the language used. Above will work in CScript.
