        1. Have you set the USB2Dynamixel to TTL?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. Have you powered the servos? Just connecting them to the U2D does not power them ... you need an additional power supply.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;STeven.        </description>
