I had an issue with inserting modules into the pipeline. But was resolved when I updated RR with DVR. When I would select a module; by double clicking or using insert button, the only way the module would appear in the pipeline window is if I closed RR and reopened it. Since updating with DVR and RR reset my account, the selected module appears in the window immediately. So now no issue.
