        <title>Applying two filters</title>
        <description>
        In an effort to improve vision performance outdoors i have an idea to apply two filters on the color balanced image. The bottom half is to be blurred while the top half the contrast increased. I think this (applying multiple filters on portions of the image) would be a good feature.Can this be done?        </description>
