We've found that bady cams are pretty good in terms of signal quality and price. You can try

which includes a usb to PC interface. Most other systems still require some form of digitizer to get the image into a PC.

There again, you can also try

which is very inexpensive for a wireless camera but there can be about a 1 sec delay from realtime with these types of cameras. Depends on you application.
