Feature Request - Nubotics Wheel Commander

Hi,

It is my request that an interface to the Nubotics Wheel Commander WC-132 be please introduced. It will really help the Robo Realm community to control DC motors.
Besides, most of the work is already done and they already have a C++ dll and sample codes.
