Drawing a red circle around a moving object is
the easy part. Whatever language you are using
should have a subroutine for doing that.

Getting a list of moving objects with their
positions isn't one of RR's modules as far as
I know. You might be able to extract a list
of blobs from one image and a list of blobs
from the next image and identify the same
blob in both lists via features in common and
if there is any significant difference in
their position they must be moving. Blobs
with the same velocity probably belong to the
same object.

RoboRealm is a collection of modules, albeit
difficult in my opinion to utilize if you are
not up to speed in modern programming techniques
and environments, but apart from very simple
tasks it isn't a replacement for the ability to
program vision solutions yourself.

assuming the objects in the red circles are moving have you checked the movement module?

If you include the two images without the red circle we can send back a robofile that will show the difference between the two images. This difference can then be tracked. Or are we misunderstanding your project?
