        How do you intend to classify them? I.e. keep all blobs below 100 or keep all blobs above 100?? If this is the case then use the GUI to increase the threshold until the needed area number.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If not, then have a look at the blob filter. You will see a size in the tree on the right. Select that and chose something that works for you like &quot;Larger than&quot; and enter 100 in that popup. Then select &quot;smaller than&quot; and say 1000 in that one. Thus, you now have blobs &amp;gt; 100 and &amp;lt; 1000 in view.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you experiment around a bit with the interface it reacts immediately to your choices to show you what you just did.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;STeven.        </description>
